In short: at Etage7 a natural latex mattress in 100 % natural latex costs – as at October 2026 – between €558.00 (Basicline Soft, 80 × 200 cm) and €1,841.40 (Comfortline Extra Firm, 180 × 200 cm). A good natural latex mattress in 140 × 200 cm starts at €846.90.

What determines the price

Three factors: core height, firmness and size. The Basicline has a 14 cm core, the Comfortline 20 cm – more natural latex, more depth to sink into, a higher price. Within a range the price rises with the density of the latex: Soft (H1, 65 kg/m³) costs less than Medium (H2, 75 kg/m³) and Firm (H3, 90 kg/m³); on the sandwich models the combination of layers counts. From 80 to 140 cm wide the price rises by a good half, from 80 to 180 cm it roughly doubles.

In 140 × 200 cm you pay at Etage7 €846.90 (Soft), €927.90 (Medium) or €969.30 (Firm) for the Basicline, and €1,178.10 (Soft), €1,274.40 (Medium) or €1,374.30 (Firm) for the 20 cm Comfortline – €941.00 to €1,527.00 at regular prices. The step up to the Comfortline, around €330 to €405, buys 6 cm more natural latex, noticeably more depth and full effect even on rigid slatted frames; if you are light and like to lie soft, the Basicline serves you well. Every Etage7 natural latex mattress has a cotton drill cover quilted with new wool on the winter side and cotton on the summer side; the perforated core of 100 % natural latex is certified by the eco-INSTITUT (certificate and test reports). We give a 5-year guarantee; extra lengths of 210 and 220 cm are available in every width. Within Berlin and to Potsdam our team delivers into your flat for €50, throughout Germany we ship free to the door for €70 per order, and collection from our warehouse in Großbeeren is free. Frequently asked questions

What goes into the price of a natural latex mattress?

The core is made entirely of natural latex, a renewable raw material from the sap of the rubber tree that is foamed, vulcanised, washed and dried. Add the cover with new wool and cotton, production in our own workshop and testing by the eco-INSTITUT.

How long does the promotional price apply?

Until 31 December 2026 all Etage7 natural latex mattresses in the Basicline and Comfortline ranges are reduced by 10 %, and the Camelot natural mattress by 15 %. After that the regular prices shown here in brackets apply again. The price shown in the shop is always the one that counts.

Are there cheaper natural mattresses?
