Shipping conditions
We deliver within Germany and to EU countries.
We do not ship to any islands, to Switzerland or to Great Britain.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany
We charge a flat rate for shipping:
Standard / freight forwarding delivery:
We deliver “free to the kerb” (up to the first lockable door) for a flat rate of 70.00 € per order.
Within the Berlin city area we deliver for a flat rate of 50.00 €. Our in-house team delivers the goods into your home and disposes of the packaging.
Professional assembly is possible by prior arrangement; the cost depends on the product concerned.
Deliveries abroad
We charge the following flat rates for shipping abroad:

- Italy 170.- €
- Luxembourg 190.- €
- Netherlands 190.- €

- Portugal 170.- €
- Spain 170.- €
Bulky goods are identified as such in the product description.
Return costs in the event of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Goods that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. The direct cost of the return (collection) is a flat rate of 70.00 € (e.g. for mattresses and large items).
Delivery times
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany within 3 - 5 days and for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days of conclusion of the contract (where payment in advance has been agreed, from the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by email once the goods are ready and about the collection options. In this case no shipping costs are charged.
