With the children's mattress Bambino we offer a natural mattress that can be used for babies and small children alike. Thanks to its asymmetrical construction - on one side the outstandingly well-ventilated layer of latexed coconut, on the other the very effective pressure-relieving layer of 100 % natural latex - it gives you the option of simply turning the mattress over to adapt its properties to the child's increasing body weight. For the first two years of life the baby lies on the very firm coconut side and enjoys the advantages of this fibre layer, which is very easy to breathe through. The still very soft bone structure is supported orthopaedically, and the firmness of the coconut layer counteracts a misalignment of the spine caused by sinking in too deeply. Once the risky first two years lie behind the toddler, you simply turn the natural mattress Bambino over to the somewhat gentler latex side. The natural rubber increases adaptability and thus also meets the child's greater need for comfort as its body weight increases.

Since children's beds measuring 70 x 140 cm can be used up to the age of 6, there is no need to change the mattress when the baby years give way to toddlerhood. Since babies in particular have a very high need for sleep, it is of course extremely important that children's mattresses are tested most strictly for harmful substances. Like all our natural and rubber mattresses, the children's and baby mattress Bambino is tested and certified by the eco environmental institute with the "ecological product testing" seal.
This guarantees that all the ingredients used are harmless.
