Our upholstered beds come with the individual base cover of your choice. This base cover is not removable. Should you ever want a different colour, you can of course order an additional decorative cover in a different fabric and colour at any time. It is easy to attach and remove again thanks to practical hook-and-loop fasteners. There are many ways to combine an upholstered bed with a solid wood bed.
Image below: Clia 2 - box-spring looks and comfort in natural perfection. The Glennville decorative cover in honey and the Chesterfield quilting in the backrest give the natural upholstered bed a regal air. The skid legs (here in oiled walnut) give the Clia 2 its lightness.
The natural upholstered bed with a box-spring look
Thanks to the decorative cover you get a natural upholstered bed with a box-spring look - entirely without metal springs! Into the bed frame, which comes with a base cover,
you place our System 7 or System 1 sleep system. It is positioned so that it finishes flush with the upper edge of the bed frame. The cover in the decorative fabric of your choice is then fastened on top. Now simply add your mattress and, if you wish, a topper on top - done!
Bed frame: always upholstered, incl. removable extra cover in a closed box-spring look
Backrest: always upholstered: low or high, flush with the frame or reaching the floor, rounded or square
Legs to choose from: skid legs in oiled heartwood beech, oiled or brushed wild oak, or a set of 4 legs in various wood types and shapes, or one-piece solid wood legs in various wood types.
Slatted frame recess standard 9 / 13 / 16 / 19 cm
compatible with all Dormiente S slatted bases; not suitable for motorised and KF slatted bases
